| 2 | 10:45–12:30 | Mentoring that builds expertise: The research risk that juniors default to Self-Automation and “no-skilling”: reviewing AI output is not the same skill as producing it, and juniors need enough baseline expertise to judge what AI gives them (they can’t evaluate what they couldn’t have produced); coaching Centaur/Cyborg habits, and giving juniors problems to solve (not finished outputs to check) so expertise compounds instead of hollowing.
