Who is it for?
AI Coaching exists for two situations. The first is an organisation that finds a full AI Transformation too big a first step and wants to begin somewhere real, at a scale it can judge. The second is a team that wants personalised attention on its own work rather than group training. Topics span AI adoption, training and hands-on coaching, and which one you take is your decision, not ours.
