What is AI Coaching?

AI Coaching is five hours of personalised work with a senior Inforca expert, for one to three people, on a single topic you choose. One topic, not a tour of the field: five hours is enough to change how you work on one real question, and not enough to skim four. No slideware, no generic curriculum: your tools, your workflows, your own work.

Who is it for?

AI Coaching exists for two situations. The first is an organisation that finds a full AI Transformation too big a first step and wants to begin somewhere real, at a scale it can judge. The second is a team that wants personalised attention on its own work rather than group training.

For every hour with your coach, several more have already gone into your case: reading around your sector, testing the tools on your own data, discarding the approaches that do not survive contact with it. You do not sit through that work. You get its result, which is a session that starts where you are instead of at the beginning.

Prepared once, for you, and never sold again.

A course spreads its preparation across everyone who takes it. This does not. The exercises are built from the material you brought, which makes them worth a great deal to you and nothing at all to anyone else. That is what personalised actually costs, and it is the whole difference between coaching and training.

What you keep.

What is produced during the coaching stays with you: the prompts, the workflows, the checklists, the working examples. Yours to reuse and to hand to colleagues.

Travel, both ways.

Sessions take place at your premises. Travel within Monaco and the Nice area is included, in both directions, in the time as well as in the price.

Investment

One price, agreed before anything starts, with nothing billed by the hour afterwards.

EUR 2,500 covers the coaching on one topic, for up to three people: the sessions, the hours of preparation behind them, the materials you keep, travel within Monaco and the Nice area, and the questions you send for thirty days after the last session. The first hour is free, commits you to nothing, and is not counted in the five. Amounts in EUR, excl. VAT.
