These terms apply to every indicative estimate shown on this site, including the investment estimator and the transformation programme figures.

The figures above are preliminary estimates provided for discussion and planning purposes only. They do not constitute a contractual offer, binding quotation, or commitment of any kind by inforca.ai or its affiliates. No obligation arises for either party from these estimates.

Definitive scope, investment, team composition, timelines, and deliverables are determined exclusively through a formal scoping engagement and are subject to a written proposal issued by inforca.ai. No services will be engaged and no pricing will be binding until a written agreement has been reviewed, accepted, and countersigned by duly authorised representatives of both parties.

Estimates cover consulting, implementation, and training fees only; they exclude software licences, cloud infrastructure, third-party platforms, travel, accommodation, and client-side resource costs. All amounts in euros, excl. taxes (TVA/VAT).
