Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. It covers this site only; the Inforca group's other sites publish their own notices.

Last updated 28 August 2026

Who is responsible

The controller is Inforca S.A.M., 2 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco. For any question about this notice or about your personal data, write to us at the contact address published on this site.

Processing is governed by Monegasque Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What we collect, and on what basis

We only collect data you give us, plus the audience measurement described under Cookies below. We do not buy data and we do not enrich your record from third-party sources.

  • AI assessment. Your name, work email, company, role, and the answers you give. We use them to produce and deliver the report you asked for. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Contact form. Your name, email, profession and message, used to answer you. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Lead management. We keep a record of the exchange in our CRM so that a follow-up conversation makes sense. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in managing a business relationship you initiated.
  • Service communications. We may write to professional contacts about our services. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link in every message, or your consent where you gave it. You can opt out at any time and we act on it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

  • Our CRM (Twenty). Self-hosted on Inforca's own infrastructure. Your record stays with us; there is no third-party CRM vendor and no associated transfer question.
  • Our audience measurement (Matomo). Self-hosted on Inforca's own infrastructure at stats.inforca.mc. The measurement data stays with us; no third-party analytics provider receives it.
  • Email delivery (Mailjet, Sinch group). Used to deliver the contact and assessment notifications. Data is processed on infrastructure located in the European Economic Area.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and administered by Inforca S.A.M. See the legal notice for the full details.

How long we keep it

  • Prospect and contact data: three years from our last meaningful contact with you.
  • Assessment answers and reports: three years, on the same basis.
  • On request: shorter. If you ask us to delete your data we do so, keeping only what we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to processing, to have processing restricted, and to receive your data in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done beforehand.

Write to the contact address published on this site and we will answer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Monegasque supervisory authority, the APDP (Autorite de Protection des Donnees Personnelles), Le Concorde, 11 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco. If you live in the European Union you may instead complain to your own supervisory authority, for example the CNIL in France.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site measures its audience with Matomo, which we host ourselves at stats.inforca.mc. It records the pages you visit and the links you follow, so we can see which parts of the site are useful. The data stays on our own infrastructure: it is not sent to Google Analytics or to any other third-party measurement service, and it is not used for advertising.

Matomo sets cookies in your browser to recognise your visit across the pages you read. There are no advertising cookies.

The other cookie is the functional language-preference cookie that remembers whether you read the site in English or French. It identifies nobody, is read by nobody else, and requires no consent.

Some illustrative images on this site are generated with AI and are labelled as such. How we handle that, and what we do not do, is set out on our AI transparency page.
