Ops and project people leave using AI to run projects, mine and redesign processes, manage documents and knowledge, and support planning and supplier work, with three workflows deployed.

Hands-onMap a real process, run a time/friction analysis, and redraw it with AI in the loop.

Hands-onGenerate a project-plan draft and turn a real meeting transcript (recorded with participants’ knowledge) into a status update + action log.

Hands-onDraft an SOP for a step of your redesigned Block-1 process and build a mini searchable knowledge note.
